1. What kind of meat do you sell?
We specialize in fresh raw chicken, mutton, seafood, and fish, sourced daily from trusted suppliers and delivered straight to your doorstep.
2. Are your products fresh or frozen?
All Grabfrsh products are freshly cut daily. We do not use frozen or preserved meat.
3. Do you use preservatives or chemicals?
No ❌. Our products are 100% natural, free from preservatives, additives, and artificial chemicals.
4. How do you ensure hygiene and safety?
We follow strict hygiene practices:

5. Do you deliver the same day?
Yes ✅. We provide same-day delivery in most serviceable areas. Orders placed early in the day are usually delivered within a few hours.
6. What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver in Chennai. We are expanding our delivery network soon!
7. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is Rs.200. Orders above Rs.1000 may qualify for free delivery.
8. How can I pay for my order?
We accept multiple payment methods:

9. What if I receive the wrong or spoiled item?
