At Grabfrsh, we strive to deliver the freshest chicken, mutton, and seafood to your doorstep. Since we deal with perishable goods, our refund and return policies are designed to ensure food safety while protecting customer satisfaction.

1. Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

  • However, if you receive a wrong item, damaged packaging, or spoiled product, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery).

  • Our support team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

2. Refunds Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • If the wrong product is delivered.

  • If the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • If your order is cancelled before it has been processed for dispatch.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also choose a replacement for the affected product. Replacement will be delivered at the earliest possible time, subject to product availability.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed.

  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

  • Taste preferences do not qualify for a refund.

  • Orders placed during offers or discounts may only be eligible for replacement, not refund.
