  • Grabfrsh provides fresh chicken, mutton, and seafood products delivered to your doorstep.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made through the accepted methods available on our platform (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, COD if applicable).

  • Grabfrsh reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver fresh products on the same day, subject to your location and availability.

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees.

  • The customer must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Product Quality & Liability

  • Grabfrsh ensures all products are hygienically packed and delivered fresh.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Reselling or redistributing products without authorization.

  • Misusing promotions, discounts, or offers.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
